Our method
COACHING ENHANCED BY BIOLOGICAL INTELLIGENCE
THE THIRD HORIZON
Beyond lifespan and healthspan
For years, science has pursued two horizons: living longer, the lifespan, and living in good health, the healthspan. Today a third one opens. It is not enough to last, and it is not enough to feel well: the real challenge is to express your fullest potential and keep it alive over time. This is what is called the peakspan.
In a world that changes faster than we do, increasingly complex and cognitively demanding, performance does not come from willpower. It comes from knowledge, structure and awareness, from the ability to turn science into daily habits that are sustainable and full of meaning. This is what we aim to pass on.
THE METHOD
Neurocoaching
Our method starts from the foundations: from how the brain and body work as a whole. We call it neurocoaching, an evolution of traditional coaching that naturally integrates biology, psychology and the study of human behavior.
It rests on two levers that belong to all of us:
- neuroplasticity, which allows the brain to constantly reshape itself;
- epigenetic regulation, which optimizes gene expression and the functioning of the whole organism.
These are not the traits of a few: they are potentials present in every one of us, when they are guided the right way and translated into habits that last.
EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD
Where our expertise comes from
We have worked with astronauts, elite athletes, special forces, top executives and tens of thousands of people committed to improving their health, energy and quality of life. The most important lesson is simple but decisive: when biology, psychology and coaching integrate, transformation accelerates and goes deeper.
DATA
Driving transformation
Our experience with biological and psychological information allows us to build highly personalized programs—not theoretical, but tailored to each individual's reality.
Integrating data means seeing the person in all their multidimensionality.
Among the measurements that can be used:
- Heart rate variability (HRV)
- Hormonal patterns
- Biofeedback and neurofeedback
- Psychometric analyses
- Health, recovery, and fitness biomarkers
- Habit and behavior monitoring
- Exercise physiology data
- Sleep architecture and recovery quality
- Nutrition, supplementation, and metabolism
- Genetic predispositions
- Blood markers
This approach reveals what traditional questionnaires and sessions cannot show and what the person cannot perceive: how the body really works. And when you see it, you cannot help but marvel at how intelligent, precise and wonderful it is.
